AMENDMENTS TO CONSTITUTION

21.1   These Articles or any of them shall not be added to, altered or rescinded except by resolution passed at a General Meeting of the Association, by not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the voting members representing not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the sectors.  Such amendments shall not come into force without the prior approval of the Registrar of Societies and the Commissioner of Charities.  (Amended, 7th AGM, September 27, 2007)

21.2   Any amendment to the Constitution must be approved by the APHN Council before being taken to a General Meeting.  (Amended, 7th AGM, September 27, 2007)
