APHN has partnered with SingLit Station to publish an anthology of poetry with the aim to aim to increase awareness for the concept of hospice and palliative care, and to facilitate thoughtful discourse surrounding this topic.
A select contributor will win a trip to Kobe, Japan to share their poem at the Asia Pacific Hospice Care Conference in 2021!
