What’s your favorite thing about your professional current role?
My favorite aspect of my current role is the opportunity to learn alongside medical and postgraduate students. This constant exposure to new perspectives from both students and colleagues, along with the chance to experiment with new approaches, keeps the work exciting.
What’s the best trip you’ve ever taken and why?
My solo backpacking trip along the east coast of Canada in the summer of 1990 stands out as the best trip I’ve ever taken. Traveling from Quebec to Prince Edward Island, I was struck by the breathtaking scenery. Despite being on a tight budget, the experience offered a valuable time for self-reflection and future planning. It left me with beautiful memories.
What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind?
Cooking is my favorite way to unwind. Particularly, the daily routine of preparing lunchboxes provides a sense of renewal and accomplishment. It’s a form of personal purification for me.
