Hospice New Zealand is pleased to announce their next Palliative Care Conference will take place in the capital city, Wellington, in October 2014 – Reaching Out, Community Engagement is the theme for the conference, reinforcing that we must reach out and engage with our community to ensure we are providing care that is needed and wanted.
