Applications Open: Lien Collaborative Bursary Award for ICPCN 2025 Conference

The Lien Collaborative Bursary Award aims to support APHN members to attend the upcoming ICPCN 2025 Conference.

Since 2019, we have been giving out bursaries to enable our beneficiaries to attend palliative care conferences and observerships in the region.

Recipients of the award will receive support to cover registration fees, accommodation, and flights to attend the 4th ICPCN International Conference on Children’s Palliative Care in Manila, Philippines, from 12-15 November 2025.

At least 20 eligible recipients will be selected for the award. Details regarding reimbursement process will be shared with the recipients upon selection.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be an individual member of APHN at the time of the conference (i.e. be an active member in 2025) If you are not an APHN member, sign up for membership here: https://aphn.org/membership/

Note:

  • Recipients of the award must submit a post-conference report/testimony within one month after the completion of the conference
  • Priority will be given to support non-physicians such as nurses, social workers, etc.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who have not received other sponsorships of any kind for attending regional and international palliative care conferences
  • Reimbursement of the bursary will be done in person at the APHN booth at the ICPCN 2025 conference
