Who has been the most influential person in your career and why?
Professor Greg Crawford, my former academic and clinical supervisor from 2006 to 2009, was the most influential person in my career. He not only provided palliative care training but also taught me how to be a compassionate leader, navigate challenges, build resilience, and work towards creating a transformative society.
What’s a quote or motto that you live by?
No dream is too big, and no dreamer is too small.
If you could take a year off work, what would you do?
I will pen down and crystalise my creative thoughts, which are currently floating in my mind without any binding or association.
