NIH announces available end-of-life and palliative care grants

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) will be awarding grants toward research on the perspectives, needs, wishes, and decision-making processes of adolescents and young adults ages 12–24 with serious, advanced illnesses. The grants will also be supporting research on end-of-life/palliative care models that support the physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs of 12–24-year-olds with serious illness, their families, and caregivers.
