Scholarship Opportunity: EPEC-Paediatrics 2026 Hong Kong

We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the EPEC-Paediatrics 2026 Scholarship Programme.

The EPEC-Paediatrics curriculum offers state-of-the-art training in paediatric palliative care, including advanced pain and symptom management. To promote accessibility and inclusion, we are offering three (3) scholarships for the Train-the-Trainer (TtT) conference held in Hong Kong this April.

Scholarship Coverage

Selected recipients will receive:

Full registration fee for the Train-the-Trainer (TtT) conference (26–27 April 2026) only

Please note:
– This does not apply to the Professional Development Workshop (PDW), which is at full capacity
– Selected applicants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, visa, and daily expenses

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

  • Demonstrate strong interest and engagement in Paediatrics Palliative Care
  • Show how participation will benefit their professional work or community
  • Be able to attend the full duration of the conference from 26–27 April 2026
  • Be from Low-income economies and Lower-middle income economies *According to the World Bank categorisation*

Selection Process

Scholarship recipients will be selected based on:

  • Relevance of background and experience
  • Quality and clarity of the motivation statement
  • Potential impact of participation

The selection committee’s decision will be final.

Important Dates

  • Application Deadline: 15 March 2026, Sunday
  • Notification of Results: By 20 March 2026, Friday
  • Workshop Dates: 26–27 April 2026
