Self-Care in the Pandemic

This campaign will receive dollar for dollar matching funds from the Tote Board. Donate today to make a greater impact, thank you!

Campaign Duration: 1 June - 31 Aug 2021

The Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Network would like to call for your generous donation to crowdfund to produce a book on 'Self-Care in the Pandemic'. Artwork, that was kindly donated by the Singapore Life Art Society, will be incorporated into the book as one of the forms of therapy. Along with that, the book will contain tips on self-care and mindfulness by healthcare professionals and much more!

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on everyone in one way or another. With much uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, many may be feeling overwhelmed or stressed while navigating their new normal. We wanted to have a part to play to help cope with the adverse psychological effects caused by the pandemic. Hence, the idea of the book came to be! We hope to distribute these books to healthcare institutions in Singapore and Asia, benefiting their frontline workers, patients and caregivers during these difficult times as a guide and a reminder to practice self-care. For every $30 donated, 1 book will be given to a healthcare institution that provides palliative care.
