Following their successful digital exchange in 2021, the Advance Care Planning International (ACPi) Committee announced a series of webinars in 2022 focusing on how different healthcare systems are implementing advance care planning.
They are asking the speakers to tell us “what is in their system’s ACP pill?” They will cover how they define advance care planning, what they are trying to achieve with advance care planning, what is happening before, during and after advance care planning conversations and why?
This will be followed by a live Q&A that all attendees can participate in.
On 27 April 2022 (2-3 pm GMT+8), we have partnered with ACPi to co-host the ACP-i webinar series – Asia session! The webinar be will held on Zoom and cover the following:
