In celebration of APHN’s 20th Anniversary, we would like to invite you to submit your memories with APHN over the years. Top 10 shortlisted submissions will receive an APHN 20th Anniversary Gift Pack (containing ‘to let the light in’ Anthology, APHN Lapel Pin & Post-It) and the winning entry will receive a $100 APHN merchandise voucher plus a complimentary 2 years membership extension!
Submissions can be in the form of either text, photo or video:
- Text (max. 300 words)
- Photo (format: JPG or PNG. Photos must be high resolution, preferably 1920 x 1080 pixels or higher)
- Video (max. 2 mins)
Text submission can be a testimonial of how APHN has impacted you and your journey in palliative care or a short anecdote on any memorable experiences you have had with APHN over the past 20 years.
Photos and videos can be snapshots and recordings accumulated throughout the years whilst participating in APHN activities, events and conferences. They can feature patients, clinicians, community members, volunteers, caregivers, etc. The format can also be abstract and symbolic, encompassing themes such as solidarity, courage, hope or inspiration that resonated with your affiliation with APHN. Each person may submit up to 3 entries of any format.
Your imagination is the limit, and we look forward to your poignant submissions.
