Speaker Bio
Philip Yap is a geriatrician & palliative care physician practising at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital & an adjunct scientist of the Geriatric Education & Research Institute. He holds adjunct positions as associate professor with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS & Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU, Singapore. He has special interests & expertise in dementia, frailty, palliative & long-term care.
