APHN will be joining in the worldwide effort during this World Hospice & Palliative Care Day (WHPCD) to increase awareness about palliative care in the Asia Pacific region through various fundraising events!

WE ARE CHALLENGING YOU TO:

Click on any of the images to find out more about each challenge and how to participate or visit our main event page here! Anyone can participate!

WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE PART

Do your part this WHPCD to enable the APHN to continue promoting hospice and palliative care and helping to provide more educational resources and opportunities for palliative care workers to in the Asia Pacific region. These resources directly affect patient care and can help to contribute to the development of palliative care in the Asia Pacific.

People from around the world who have been impacted by a life-limiting illness – either personally or by supporting a loved one – will be making their voices heard, asking policy makers to pay attention to prioritize palliative care policies and services. Further, people who have been standing in solidarity with them – local leaders, volunteers, advocates, clinicians – will be volunteering their time to amplify this public message:

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Take part in any of our fundraising challenges
  2. Donate to any of the campaigns – Cheer the participants on in their challenge!

You can email us at aphn@aphn.org should you have any questions regarding this event.
